What we do
Providing in house HVAC design for permit, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and sheet metal services for the residential, commercial, institutional and industrial sectors. Fully licensed within each sector of the disciplinary related trades, WSIB and fully insured.
In-House SHEET METAL
Our shop consists of two complete sheet metal fabrication benches, that allow us to in house fabricate and follow up with the installation, being able to provide a direct hands on with any of our project. This provides for a more efficient installation, especially when there may be a common change within the project. Our sheet metal workers are licensed to work on both residential and commercial installations, as there are some sheet metal workers that are only limited to residential sector only. Our sheet metal team also provides welding services that may be required on projects.
PLUMBING
The plumbers at Fretz, come with many years of combined experience in all related sectors. Owning our own mini excavator, backhoe, trenchers for what may be required for infrastructure services, to other specialty tools for Pro Press fittings, fusion weld fitting, threading machines, Pex crimpers and expanders, allow us to be very effective in providing options that may be very cost effective pending the application. All of our technicians have multiple lift tickets and working at heights
We also provide backflow surveys and testing of the potable water connections.

HVAC
The HVAC division of technicians come to you with Gas fitters , G1 unlimited & G2 up to 399,000 btu's, welding of large capacity gas lines, in ground gas lines. The in ground gas lines are fabricated on site and we trenching and related excavation equipment to provide for in house installations.
Air Conditioning, is provided by commercial / residential licensed refrigeration / air conditioning mechanics, the also carry a gas fitter class G1 or G2 license. These licensed technicians have been to many factory training programs and schools, to stay current with new developments with in the high technology aspects of our industry.
